To rent a vehicle from LetsDrive, you must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driving license (Saudi or international), and present a valid national ID or passport. A credit or debit card is required for the security deposit.
All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method. The security deposit will be held at the time of booking and released within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
Rental vehicles are for use within Saudi Arabia only, unless prior written approval has been obtained. Sub-renting, off-road use, and transporting illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel. A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when rented.
The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Our protection plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) can reduce or eliminate your liability. Please review protection options at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge equivalent to one day's rental fee.
A grace period of 2 hours is allowed for late returns. Beyond this period, an additional day's charge will be applied.
The renter is solely responsible for any traffic fines, violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period. These charges, plus an administration fee, will be billed to the renter.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
